HOW TO CHOOSE A BAR CHAIR (part 2)
As for the material from which the bar stool is made, it is difficult to give certain recommendations, since everything is determined by taste.
Wooden. Their design is very diverse. Of course, bar stools made of dense varieties of wood: oak, beech, ash, will be more durable, but they will cost more than the same bar stools, but from pine. Save or not – you decide.
Metal. Very durable. Both chromed metal and forging are used. Their disadvantage is manifested in significant weight.
Plastic or with plastic elements. It can be cheap chairs, where the presence of plastic is due to the availability of material, or more expensive models, where plastic elements bring a certain style and zest.
From rattan. I must say that rattan can be natural and artificial. Of course, the final price depends on this, well, the appearance is still different. Natural rattan is an environmentally friendly and durable material.
A bar stool can have one to four legs. The more legs, the more stable the design.
Seats also vary. This is either hard seats, which are a wooden or metal surface, or soft, covered with artificial or genuine leather, textiles. Here you need to focus on the features of the interior and choose a bar stool suitable for a specific style of decoration.
If the kitchen is made in hi-tech or minimalism style, then you should pay attention to the bar stools of laconic metal structures, if the avant-garde is made of plastic, streamlined or unusual forms of seats are possible. If the kitchen is in the style of Provence, country, then you need to look in the direction of wooden chairs, possibly with soft seats trimmed with printed textiles. It is possible to provide removable soft pillows on the seat ties. For provence, by the way, wrought iron chairs are also suitable. Rattan looks in ethnic style kitchens.
